Boreatton Scout Troop Summer Camp 2025 – Join the Adventure!

We are thrilled to announce that Boreatton Scout Troop will be running our exciting Summer Camp this year at the stunning Rhydd Covert Scout Campsite in Worcestershire! A Prog for the Summer

Bushcraft Day

Fancy a day in the woods, learning some bushcraft, cooking your lunch on a camp fire that you built and lit? Sunday 27th April we will be at Bickley Coppice near Bicton, a Scout and Guide campsite (note - not our old Bentley Marsh Coppice site). We start at 10.00 AM and departure is 5.00 PM. Please arrive between 9.30 and 9.50. We will hold everyone on site till 9.50 due to the lack of passing places, then release to return down the track. If you try to arrive after 9.50 then good luck with that one! For collection please arrive between 4.45 and 5.00. The track is poor! My poor little BMW just made it with a lot of scraping so anything lower will get stuck! SUV's no problem at all going slowly. Arriving at Bicton village off the old A5 you will see the church in front of you. Bear to the left of the church and follow the Scouts signs. It is about a mile.
