Some of you asked for a 2 night bivouac camp in the woods so here it is. We will meet at Bentleys Marsh Coppice at 2pm on Friday 2nd of September and finish 11am Sunday 4th September.
We will put all our bushcraft skills to use - building shelters to sleep in for the 2 nights and cooking your own meals on an open fire.
We will be using, under very close supervision, bushcraft knives, axes and saws.

Please let me know as soon as possible if your child is coming - phil_atkinson@live.co.uk (I need to order enough food!) . I also need to know if your child has any food allergies or is vegan, vegetarian etc.
The permission form can be handed over at the start of camp, please ensure that the emergency contact number you give is manned through the camp.
Directions to Bentleys Marsh Coppice; Follow the road to Wykey from Ruyton XI Towns, past Packwood Haugh school, through Wykey and after a kilometre take the first turn right. Continue down this straight lane and Bentleys Marsh Coppice is on the right, look out for the cars. There is a small pull in to drop-off.
