Investitures for newbie Scouts

 

Being invested into the Scout Troop is a big thing - it means that you have formally joined Boreatton, and you make a promise; 

All Scouts need to know the promise as we recite it at investitures and it's something that you should think about - what it means and how it applies to us all.  We also have the Scout Law - this is a set of rules which we ahould live by every day.  Please learn this as well!

We will be carrying out investitures probably the second week we are back at Scouts so please make sure you have a Scout shirt in readiness.  Our District Scout shop can be contacted at terrypam2@btinternet.com.

The Troop will provide your necker, woggle and standard shirt badges, the total cost being £12.
