As we talked about last night, on the 13/03/2022, Shropshire Borders Scout Mountaineering Group (S.B.S.M.G) have organised a walk up the Long Mynd.
This is our annual introductory walk. Therefore, if any of you were thinking
about joining the walking group, this is an excellent time to join. There will
be other scouts from other units around Shropshire and I can introduce you to
all the mountain leaders. This can give you a feel of the group so, if you do
come on the more challenging walks in the future, you will be familiar with
everyone.

This activity is suitable for all
Scouts/Explorer Scouts – we will offer shorter and longer options on the day
suited to the group.
The meeting point will be at Batch
Valley car park in All Stretton (directions above).
We plan to return by 4.30pm at the
same location.
