Pioneers Badge Part 1
You will be working in teams to construct gadgets and structures to solve a series of challenges. Pioneeering is a team skill using special knots like the Square lashing, as shown in the Pioneer badge above, to join timber spars and poles to make ladders, bridges and shelters.
Pioneering Part 2 will be on Sunday 16th December at Tedsmore Coppice where we will be building a foot-bridge as well as enjoying the usual campfire food!! Details to follow soon.
