This years St. Georges Day Parade will be on April 23rd
in Oswestry. It is a big event in the Scouting year as St
George is our Patron Saint and it is an excuse for the District to get
together, march behind our Drum Corps, wave flags and generally celebrate what
we do.
We will meet in the central car park in Oswestry - SY11 2NR -
at 1.30.
1.45 line up in parade order on English Walls
2.00 parade starts
2.45 approximately arrive at St Oswalds church
3.40 approximately the service ends and the parade will be
dismissed outside the church.
Full uniform please
with necker and woggle, black or dark grey school trousers or skirt and polished school shoes.
