Ironman, Sunday 14th September

As you know Rory has been a bit scarce over the last few months, well his time is nearly here.... Next weekend he takes part in the Ironman competition alongside such notable athletes as Gordon Ramsay???
The competition in Tenby comprises of a 2.4 mile sea swim, 112 mile bike ride and 26.2 mile marathon run. It makes our expedition challenge look a bit easy doesn't it.
Anyway best of luck Rory, you'll have to show us the coveted tattoo when you are back!
