As you can see on the programme Phil posted a couple of weeks ago, Scouts starts back on Friday 13th September OMG! We didn't think that through very well did we....
Anyway on the following Saturday 14th September we'll be doing the Shropshire Historic Churches charity cycle ride and hopefully completing the main part of our Cyclist Badge.
We'll be leaving my house in West Felton at 10am and aim to be back at 6pm. We only have to cycle 25 miles for the badge but in previous years the weather has been fantastic so we've been distracted by playing in the ford, eating ice cream, the BMX track in Kinnerley etc.
You must book a place so I know who's coming and can make sure we have enough leaders. As it's sponsored you'll need to get some sponsors too. You can download the sponsor form as a pdf directly from the organisers, it'll be easier to print than the pictures I have to use for the blog.

You must have a safe working bike, tyres blown up, two working brakes etc and as always with scout cycling events a well fitting helmet is mandatory.
