What a great day! 5 of our Scouts achieved the Foresters badge today and another 5 did part 1 - they leaned how to identify trees and shrubs, collected a great variety of bugs and how to eat sausages. No one fell off the Llanymynech Rocks while trawling for critters and no one complained about the rain or Pete's horrible face graffiti.
And finally, they can put their new skills into practice at Pete's house as he found one of his trees had decided to lie down for a sleep due to the winds! Poor Pete.
Great thanks to Woodman Pete for organizing the day, knowing every single plant in the forest and finding a Slow Worm! Cool.
