The real reason our Boreatton Engineering And Science Team (BEASTs) is so popular is that we keep helping you escape from school! Our next trip is five days in London (13-17 March) at the Big Bang (in theory, so long as you can pay up and get your uniform)...
I've cleared it with the Corbet and so all the BEASTs are good to go (if you get your parents to fill out the eductated away from school form from reception). The dress code is: 'The dress code for Competitors attending The Big Bang is school uniform (for those at school) and smart dress (no jeans or trainers) for those at college.' which I interpret as meaning we must wear our chosen BEAST Onesie with necker, and scout badge sown on (see Phil).
Five days in London is not cheap - the price is estimated as £70 and we need to confirm train/coach/minibus asap to get the best deal so please confirm attendance with the Eventbrite thing asap! Lots of prep to do so make sure you come to robo-meetings and pedalcar meetings etc to get everything done!
