Unfortunately the station Commander at RAF Cosford has declined our latest request to complete our aeronautics badge with the Cosford Flying Club.

 For some reason they think we can give you the badge without actually flying...
"Understand the purpose and operation of ailerons, rudder, elevator, flaps and trim on a light aircraft and have the effects of these controls demonstrated in flight"
Seems pretty clear to me though!
I have approached another flying club and am in discussions with them, however it doesn't seem possible to do it on Saturday 14th July, our reserve date.
We are planning to hang on to your deposits for the time being but contact Phil if you want it back now.
Those that are leaving in August will be able to join us if they continue with Explorers, if not I'm sorry for getting your hopes up, please speak to Phil for a refund.
