The parade is this Sunday, 20th May 10-40 till 12-00. We'll meet at the Castle and dismiss from St Chads church (but read on).
The new Mayor of Shrewsbury has some connections to scouting and has invited the district to his parade. So once again it's time to put Boreatton on the map.
The Drum Corps will be leading the parade with the rest of us behind, hopefully with loads of flags!
We'll parade to the church for a celebration service, then when the service is finished you'll be dismissed to your parents. But, weather permitting, we'll head to the park with our families, where they have set up loads of activities.
Hope it's more exciting than face painting, though to be honest, I haven't had mine painted for years!
Whilst we are in the park we'll have a picnic. So bring some food.We'll bring loads but you can't have too much can you!
