Most of you in Boreatton Scout Troop will have come up through the ranks, having had your first experience of Scouting in Beavers with Hazel and Wendy who have both worked so hard over the years to give a fantastic experience and happy times to so many children.
Hazel has decided that it is time to call it a day and is retiring from Scouting. I would like anyone who can to attend a joint Beaver and Cub campfire on Friday 2nd of March at 5.00, meeting at the Scout hut, and finishing at around 6.30. It would be great if the Scouts could guide the Beavers and Cubs from the hut down to the PGL campfire area (near where we build bridges).
I hope you will turn out to say 'thank you' to Hazel.
