Danger UXB

Friday 25th March will be a night incident hike.
A wartime bomb (fake) has been discovered on the Oswestry Hill Fort. It is our job to find and disarm it. It could well be filled with sweets! To complete this task, and only one patrol can, you'll need the special equipment listed on the kit list. It's a race against time. Don't forget it will be cold, wet and slippery etc.
You will need to stay focussed, and meticulous in your search. Remember don't run towards a bomb, you may need all your energy to run away when it starts ticking!

The hike will start at the usual time 20-00 hours but the location is SJ298322 Now you've all done the grid reference part of the navigation badge you should be able to find it. If you don't have a map try http://www.streetmap.co.uk/ or give me a call.

We aim to finish in the car park located at SJ291304 at 21-30 hours. A hot drink will await any survivors.
Patrol Leaders ensure your patrol is carrying the specialist equipment.

NO COMPLETED & SIGNED FORM & YOU'RE SERVING DRINKS!
DON'T FORGET IT.
