It's nearly June so some things are quite important to get done now. Will all scouts coming on the camp please check they have:
- up to date passports and
- European Health Insurance Cards (EHIC).
If you do not have a EHIC they are free to get, but you need to apply now! (click the green words to follow the link to the EHIC site)
Please send me your details as soon as you have them - I need to sort out lots of paperwork for overseas camps...!
I have booked the minibus and the campsite now and will be booking ferry crossings, so please pay the camp fees as soon as possible. We will travel on the overnight crossing on 1-2 August and so leave Shropshire after eating, early evening on 1 August. There is a fete on Sat 8 August so we will travel home on 9 August and cross home to England late on the 9th, having breakfast back in Shropshire on Monday morning.
The campsite is at La Ramade near Giat
