Next week (i.e. 27-2-09) we are doing our regular joint meeting with the cubs to try and sort them out so they are ready to join us (what do their leaders teach them? they need proper scout skills to join us!) Anyway - we meet at 6:15pm at the scout hut and the cubs will finish at 7:45, when we will carry on a bit to debrief and also induct new scouts into the troop etc so we'll finish about 8:10.
We will be training up the cubs with essential skills to survive in the event of being on board a sinking transatlantic liner but managing to make land in a desolate part of the coast of Newfoundland... just in case...
