Phil pointed out that the title of the last blog post might be taken as refering to swearing in exasperation at the weight of paperwork. However, I would never swear like that, and it was in fact alluding to the modern art's cry to be relieved from the shackles of meaning or purpose... 'l'art pour l'art' as immortalised by 10cc (!??)as at times, the paperwork we need for scouty activities seems to glory in its excuberent excesses... (I jest...)
